In line with its continuous efforts to develop human competencies and enhance capabilities in modern technology fields, Universal Group organized a specialized training course titled “Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales.” The program was held in Sana’a with the participation of marketing department employees from various companies within the group.
The course aimed to enable participants to understand and apply artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in developing digital marketing strategies and improving sales team performance, through the exploration of modern tools and platforms that contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the overall marketing experience.


During the training program, a series of practical applications of AI in marketing were presented — most notably the use of tools such as ChatGPT and n8nto build intelligent marketing content, optimize customer experiences through marketing automation, and analyze real-world case studies demonstrating how AI can be leveraged to understand consumer behavior and design precisely targeted campaigns to increase conversion and sales rates.


The course also discussed integrating intelligent technologies into the workplace  to improve decision-making processes and strengthen the performance of the group’s marketing departments. The sessions witnessed strong engagement from participants, who showed great interest in applying the acquired knowledge and tools to their daily work.


The General Administration emphasized that organizing this course comes as part of the group’s comprehensive strategy to adopt digital transformation and promote a culture of innovation among its employees. It also highlighted that investing in human capital development remains one of the group’s top priorities to stay aligned with global trends in digital marketing and sales.
The course concluded by reaffirming the importance of continuous training and development in AI and emerging technologies to ensure the readiness of the group’s workforce and keep pace with every evolving aspect of marketing and administrative operations.
