Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and postgraduate degree holders are preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in finance and 3 years in financial management in engineering/energy/telecommunication projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial work systems, procedures, accounting standards and financial analysis.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic accounting software.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (writing and speaking),

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Prepares a proposal for the management's strategic and operational plan, develops performance indicators for work, and works to achieve them.
  • He carries out the administrative process of planning, organizing, directing, supervising, coordinating, preparing budgets and reports, controlling the provision of financial services, evaluating and improving them, and developing the work of the financial management in order to achieve integration and consistency in the work of the administration and raise the level of performance.
  • Manages the organizational units affiliated to the Department at the head office and branches, monitors and evaluates their performance, raises and develops the capabilities and skills of its employees, and prepares reports to prevent duplication of goals and tasks between them.
  • Studies and analyzes the situation of the financial aspects of the company and the variables affecting it locally, regionally and internationally and strengthening relations with external partners in the financial field such as banks and exchange companies to establish strategic partnerships. and change management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Supervises and participates in the preparation of closings for financial accounts, final accounts lists, balance sheets, inventory adjustments, and letters of approval of cash, credit and debit balances in accordance with the rules and in coordination with the external auditor.
  • He supervises the organization of the archives of the financial administration in a modern way, commensurate with the development in information technology and technical equipment related to it, in order to facilitate the process of referring to the required documents and maintain their confidentiality and the documents and data they contain.
