Leadership Skills Development Program for Employees of Universal Group

As part of its commitment to developing human resources and enhancing workforce efficiency, Universal Group participated in a specialized training program titled “Developing Leadership Skills,” as part of its strategic plan to upgrade staff capabilities in line with the requirements of modern institutional practices.

The program was held in the capital, Sana’a, over a four-day period from December 21 to December 24, with the participation of a selected group of employees from the Group’s companies. The program was delivered by Al-Khair Center for Training and Social Development.

The program aims to equip participants with the latest leadership tools and contemporary methodologies, while enhancing administrative and supervisory performance, in alignment with the Group’s vision of achieving institutional excellence and sustainable performance.

This program forms part of a series of developmental initiatives focused on investing in professional competencies and strengthening employees’ readiness to assume administrative and supervisory responsibilities, thereby supporting the Group’s continued growth and sustainable development.
